The Italian provider A/I has lodged a complaint with the Amsterdam District Court against the seizure of its server by the Dutch police. A hearing on this matter will take place at the Amsterdam District Court on 9 December 2026. Affected individuals who suspect that their data is also stored on this server may submit their own complaint by 31 October.
